New Normal, Same Commitment to Your Pet’s Health

As we continue to navigate through this pandemic, we want you to know that we are offering all of our services because we are here for you and your pet! We are following meticulous cleaning protocols and minimizing person-to-person contact. Here’s how you can help!

To keep everyone safe, we are continuing our curbside service.

  • Please park in one of the numbered parking spaces near the side entrance and along the chain-link fence at the west side of the parking lot.
  • Follow the texting instructions provided in your appointment confirmation email.
  • Plan to remain in your car after we pick up your pet for his/her appointment.
  • A member of our staff will then call you with a treatment plan, and we will return your pet to you once the approved treatments are complete.
  • You will receive your invoice via e-mail; the invoice will have a link to pay online through our secure payment system.

For your safety, we are wearing masks when we pick up and return your pet to you. Please wear a mask for our safety!
We’re adhering to the San Mateo County Health Officer’s order that requires all individuals to don a face covering when leaving their home to work or obtain essential goods and services.

To ensure we can provide you with what you need, please give us a one-business-day advance notice to fill prescriptions and complete any pet insurance forms.
