New Normal, Same Commitment to Your Pet’s Health
As we navigate through this pandemic, we want to let you know that our team is still working hard for you, following meticulous cleaning protocols and minimizing person-to-person contact in order to remain open during this challenging time.
In the interest of protecting you, your animal companions, and keeping our staff safe, we are continuing curbside service. We’re asking all clients to park in one of the designated, numbered parking spaces near the side entrance and along the chain-link fence at the west side of the parking lot. Upon arrival, please refer to the texting instructions provided in your appointment confirmation email. We are asking that clients remain in their cars after their pets have been handed off and while the appointment takes place. A member of our staff will then call you with a treatment plan, and we will return your pet to you once the approved treatments are complete. You will receive your invoice via e-mail; the invoice will have a link to pay online through our secure payment system.
With the hope of making your visits to us as stress-free as possible, we’re streamlining all of our appointments and reserving designated parking spaces for active appointments. These designated parking spots will go into effect Saturday, May 2nd. To ensure we are able to provide you with what you need, please give us a one-business-day advance notice to fill prescriptions and complete any pet insurance forms. Please also note our new business hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m (effective Monday, May 4th).
We also respectfully request that you wear a mask when bringing your pet to our hospital. In asking this, we’re adhering to the April 17th order issued by the San Mateo County Health Officer that requires all individuals to don a face covering when leaving their home to work or obtain essential goods and services.
We are hoping to reveal a plan for clients to re-enter the building in July. Thank you for your patience and for entrusting your pets to our care. We hope you and your furry family members are staying safe!
