Yessica has been a part of the San Bruno team since October 2022. She received an associate degree in veterinary technology from Foothill College and then passed the VTNE board exam to earn her California RVT license. Growing up, Yessica made frequent trips to Mexico and was inspired to a career in animal welfare by the stray animal population there. Every time she visits, she spends as much time as she can feeding stray pets, traveling with a backpack full of kibble and water. She currently has one pet, a rescued domestic medium-hair cat named Domino. In her free time, Yessica likes to visit amusement parks, walk on the beach, and color in her Bold & Easy coloring books. She also enjoys spending time with her family, including some pretty epic game nights.
