WELCOME BACK...AGAIN!

The team at San Bruno Pet Hospital is so excited to announce that we will begin offering in-person appointments starting April 5th, 2022! We will continue offering curbside service for those who would prefer to wait in their car during their pet’s appointment. Please let the client service team know if you would prefer this service when scheduling.

In the interest of protecting you, your animal companions, and keeping our staff safe, we are continuing to offer optional curbside service. All visitors to the hospital will be asked to wear a mask and only one fully vaccinated adult per pet is allowed in the exam room. Click here for details.

We’re asking all clients to park in one of the RESERVED NUMBERED parking spaces near the side entrance and along the chain-link fence at the west side of the parking lot.

Please TEXT our office at 650-583-5039 to let our team know you are here and to advise them of which parking space you’re in.

Only one fully vaccinated adult per pet is allowed in the exam room. Please be prepared to show your proof of vaccination. Each person will also be asked to respond to a pre-screening COVID-19 text message prior to their appointment.

Clients are required to wear a mask during any interaction with our staff.

Cats must be secured in a pet carrier with no additional items for their safety.
If you choose to wait outside, we ask that you please remain in your vehicle in the parking lot and then you will be contacted via phone by the doctor to discuss the exam.

Please be prepared to make an online payment. You will receive your invoice via email and we will text you a link to pay online through our secure payment system.

While we are doing our best to maintain the level of customer service you have come to expect, you may experience slight delays. We thank you for your patience as we navigate through this pandemic.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
The San Bruno Pet Hospital Team
